1. The promoter is Bay Dental Care and Portman Dental Care are trading names of Portman Healthcare Ltd, registered in England and Wales: 06740579. Registered office: Rosehill, New Barn Lane, Cheltenham, Glos, GL52 3LZ.
2. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom excluding employees of Portman Healthcare Limited, their family or close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of this competition.
3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
4. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
5. Route to entry for the competition and details of how to enter are via Facebook and Instagram.
6. Only one winner will be accepted as a prize winner.
7. Closing date for entry will be 13th February 2025 at 5pm. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
8. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
11. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
12. The prize is as follows: One winner will receive an Oral B ios Series 4 Electric Toothbrush.
13. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable, subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
14. Winners will be chosen at random by software from all entries received and verified by the Promoter on 14th February 2025.
15. The winner will be notified by FB and Instagram post. The winner will be contacted via direct message on FB or Instagram on 14th February 2025. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement.
16. The promoter will follow up with the winners by email to notify them and how they can claim their prize.
17. Prize winner must collect prize from the practice: Bay Dental Care, 6 New St, Lancaster, LA1 1EG.The prize will NOT be sent out to the winner’s home address.
18. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
19. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
20. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
21. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
22. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

24. You are providing your information to Portman Healthcare Limited and not to any other party.
25. The only data we collect will be entrants name and email address.
26. Names and usernames will only be used to select the prize winner and will not be permanently stored. After the winners have accepted their prize, all other names and usernames will be removed from our servers.
27. Winners’ names will be stored and available for 28 days after the closing date as per point 21. After this point, they will be removed from our servers.
